Boger Bog Conservation Area

This intimate site features a one mile nature trail with boardwalk, council fire ring, and small picnic shelter, and is comprised of six different natural communities, including a mesic silt loam prairie, oak woodland and a sedge meadow. McHenry County Conservation District exists to preserve, restore and manage natural areas and open space for their intrinsic value and for the benefits to present and future generations.
