Cabin rentals in the beautiful Shawnee National Forest of Southern Illinois. Very near Garden of the Gods, the most visited spot in the Shawnee National Forest (with good reason!) and many other great attractions such as Rim Rock, High Knob and Pounds Hollow lake. 7 well spaced cabins of various size on 90 acres with direct access to the Shawnee. We are pet friendly (no pet fees) and have many farm animals on the property; mini horses, mini donks, mini cows, llama, alpaca, goats, chickens. We try to stock at least 6 farm fresh eggs in every cabin. A perfect place to get away from things and enjoy the best hiking in the Midwest! Or just to sit around a camp fire (free firewood).
