Sandy Beach County Park
Description :
On the backwaters of Hardy Dam, this park overlooks stunning water views. This park offers 176 campsites, 26 of which are full hook-up, and 11 camping cabins. A three-lane modern boat launch and dock rentals are available. Additionally, this park features a sandy swimming beach, picnic area, play areas, and a group camping site. A pavilion is available for reservation. The campground is open the first weekend in May to the second weekend in October. Sandy Beach County Park is also a trail-head for Michigan's Dragon at Hardy Dam.
