Warren Highlands Trail: Miller Farm

THE WARREN HIGHLANDS TRAIL is administered by Spruce Recreation Area and extends from Allamuchy State Park to Marble Hill Nature Preserve. THE MILLER FARM SECTION of the Warren Highlands Trail is not your traditional "walk in the park" on paved paths through mowed lawns and forest. Warren County has deep roots in agricultural history. The Miller Farm is actively farmed with corn and soy. The trail begins at a parking lot with a bulletin board and is a blend of walking along a farm lane (a gravel driveway to the barn ruins) & along the mowed edges of the farm fields up the hill to a viewpoint near Ridge Road. TRAIL MAPS are posted in the bulletin boards and are available for download online. Please stay on the trail to preserve the crops.
